“A Hill to Die On: Federal Court Reform in the 2020s”
Friday, March 25, 2022
12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Over a short period of time, the structure of our federal courts has become a hot topic of political, scholarly, and cultural debate. While the Article III judiciary has never been immune from such concerns, the last half-decade has seen fights over the courts erupt into a full-scale partisan and academic war. A live recording of the popular Supreme Court analysis podcast, Strict Scrutiny, will kick off the day. Our first panel is a discussion of proposed changes to the lower federal courts. Our second panel is a discussion of Supreme Court reform.
